I'm a self-taught pastry chef based in Los Angeles. My culinary journey started in restaurants, where cake decorating first sparked my passion for baking. Over the years, I’ve had the chance to work in incredible kitchens, learning the craft and building my skills.
My time as head pastry chef at Gjusta was unforgettable, but after five amazing years, I decided to step away and take some time for myself. That break led me to discover the joy of baking from my own kitchen—and Baked on Rose was born.
