Our Cakes

All cakes are crafted with organic eggs, cream, and sugar. We use European butter, olive oil, or avocado oil.

All cake flavors can be made gluten-free, with select dairy-free options available. Customers can choose from a variety of sizes and styles, including custom designs tailored to individual preferences. We also highlight seasonal flavors throughout the year, using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients to create cakes that celebrate the best of each season.

Olive oil cake, yuzu curd, white chocolate whipped vanilla cream, finished with salty olive oil Swiss buttercream. (Contains nuts.)

Classic Chocolate Cake

A rich chocolate cake made with Tehachapi rye flour, layered with creamy whipped chocolate ganache, and finished with smooth Swiss buttercream frosting.

Chocolate Hazelnut Cake

Layers of chocolate rye cake made with Tehachapi rye flour, whipped chocolate ganache, hazelnut praline crunch, espresso Swiss buttercream. (Contains nuts.)

Carrot Cake

Carrot sponge with sorghum flour, walnuts, golden raisins, and chai masala spices, filled with whipped honey ganache and apricot cardamom preserves, finished with Swiss buttercream. (Contains nuts.)

Classic Vanilla

Vanilla butter sponge, layered with malted vanilla diplomat cream and a delicate layer of vanilla bean Swiss buttercream. Funfetti option available upon request.

Raspberry White Chocolate

Vanilla butter sponge layered with white chocolate whipped ganache, vibrant raspberry jam, and fresh raspberries, finished in a burnt vanilla bean Swiss buttercream.

Berry & Bayleaf

Olive oil sponge, layered with vanilla mascarpone cream, fresh berries, and berry bay leaf jam, finished with olive oil Swiss buttercream.

Tiramisu

Almond butter sponge (GF), soaked in espresso and layered with mascarpone, Kahlua, almond praline, and espresso whipped cream. Finished with a dusting of cocoa powder. (Contains nuts.)
